💥 Breaking Changes

UserAdmin Create folder action- A user with knowledge.read role was able to create a folder in the Knowledge Base. Now, a user must have the knowledge.write role and “Can write” folder access to perform this action.

🚀 What’s New (Business/End-User Focus)

✨ New Features

User UserScoped API Token - Users can now create an API key with restrictions to a user. This allows end user to create a token with user permission. More details in the documentation here.

User RFP Library - RFP/DDQ Agent users can save historical answers to a central repository of answers called the Answer Library. The Answer Library can also be used as a scope for completing new RFP and DDQ questionnaires.

UserAdmin Knowledge Base “Can manage” Access - We’ve introduced a new “Can manage” access level, enabling users with the knowledge.write role to view and modify access permissions. Previously, only users with the chat.admin.role could perform these actions. The feature flag introduced in the last release has been removed, as it is now obsolete. In addition, creating root folders is restricted to users with the chat.admin.role. For more details, please refer to this page Folder access management. Please note that the chat.admin.role role is restricted by knowledge access rights, e.g., she must have the “Can manage” access to view and manage access.

This feature is disabled by default. Please reach out to your account manager if you would like us to enable it for you.

Admin Elasticsearch roll-out - We roll-out Elasticsearch with this release, making it the default engine for handling keyword-based queries. Elasticsearch provides superior relevance scoring for key-word based queries and improves the search performance overall. Our platform previously used PostgreSQL's built-in full-text search with n-gram-based similarity matching (pg_trgm extension). While functional, this approach had several limitations for FSI requirements. For more details, please refer to the documentation for Admins Elasticsearch and Infra Admins Elasticsearch Infrastructure.

Please note that we will be rolling out Elasticsearch to all tenants within a week from the release. It should be available on all tenants on July 1, 2025.

🔧 Improvements

User Add Review Status and Assignee to Excel exports - Exported Magic Tables will now extract selected values from dropdown components for Review Status and Assignee.

🐞 Bug Fixes

User Eliminate duplicated header rows - This fix eliminates duplicate header rows that are generated when the agent is called after initial magic table population

User Remove blank line from RFP Excel Exports - Fixes blank line inserted between header and table that was present in excel exports

User Copy of answers - Fix formatting issue when copying answers from the page
