π§ Improvements
User Copy Markdown: When copying Markdown text, the fully rendered content is now copied instead of the raw Markdown syntax.
User Context Window: Context window feature requires the user to have
chat.knowledge.readrole assigned for it to be active.User Improved Missing Space/Chat Handling: A toast is shown when navigating to a space or chat that does not exist to the user, instead of an error page which was disruptive.
User Chat read-only mode: Chats are displayed in read-only mode when users open chats with spaces they no longer have access to, preventing message sending or document uploads.
User Retry failed upload in chat: A "Retry Upload" button has been added for failed file ingestions in the chat interface, allowing users to quickly reattempt uploads.
User Magic Table File Dropdown Naming: Correctly pluralizes added file names including Question File(s), Source File(s), and Export File(s).
User Sync Magic Table Assignee List with Shared Sheet User List: Updates potential assignee list when users are added or removed from a Space.
Admin Enhanced Tool Configuration: Admins can specify in tool's configuration that it is exclusive, automatically deactivating all other tools.
Admin Permission Propagation for Knowledge Base Subfolders: Implemented permission propagation, allowing read/write permissions set on a folder to automatically apply to its subfolders.
AdminBETA File Metadata Ingestion Configuration: Added support for defining metadata in ingestion configs, automatically applying it to newly uploaded Content. Updates to ingestion config metadata only affect future uploads.

π Bug Fixes
User Embedding call token limit exceeded during ingestion: Fixed an issue where embedding failed during ingestion of files with long texts due to exceeding the token limit.
User Microsoft Document Intelligence (MDI) rate limit recovery: The ingestion worker now automatically retries using exponential backoff when an MDI rate limit is reached.
User Ingestion of copy-protected PDF files: A new mechanism has been implemented to enable the ingestion of PDF files with basic copy protection, eliminating the need for manual removal.
