💥Breaking change in 2024.36

As announced in Release 2024.34, 2024.36 Unique stops producing the insecure *-report-only images enforcing clients to set appropriate CSP headers as environment variables.

With >=2024.36 only images that enforce CSP are published by Unique. Clients will have to set the CONTENT_SECURITY_POLICY_VALUE environment value on all deployed web-apps (frontends/next) apps.

Single-Tenant clients will have no action to take.

Customer Managed and On Premise Tenants will need to adjust the values accordingly as well as remove the *-report-only suffixes where in use.

Special attention must especially be given in these two areas:

• *.blob.core.windows.net - Must be changed to the respective S3/Ceph storage
• *.unique.app - Must be changed to Uniques respective domain

Features

• NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys have been added for users. The survey asks users how likely they are to recommend Unique AI to a colleague, with a rating scale from 0 to 10. The survey is shown to users who have sent at least 30 messages, and if they exit the survey, it will be shown again the next time they visit the Chat, with a minimum 24-hour interval.

For Single Tenant and Customer Managed Tenant this NPS is deactivated and can be activated on customers request.

• An optional Assistant filter has been added to Analytics reports, based on customer feedback. This allows users to filter chat interactions and exports by a specific assistant.

• A separate queue for Chat Document Ingestion in RabbitMQ has been implemented, resulting that a noisy ingestion in the Knowledge-Base (due to many manual uploads or integrations) will not interfere the upload in chat user experience.

• Users are informed that they can only choose the Translate One To One Module if they want to combine it with other modules.

Improvements

• The parsing of CSV files in Excel, provided by gathering feedback, has been improved.

• A delete button ("X") has been added, allowing users to delete the original text and old translations while retaining the chosen language.

• Benchmark questions are now excluded from all Analytics, so only manually prompted chats are shown.

• The chat title in the menu can now be renamed.

• Chat messages longer than 10,000 characters no longer cause failures in the space.

• The search function in User Management now works with just two letters, returning results that include those letters in the name, surname, or email.

Bug fixes

• Error handling has been improved, providing more detailed information when ingestion fails.

• Multiple module templates with the same reference in the code can now be selected for the same space.

• After a translation is done, the user is transferred from the Translation Space to the Chat history.

• Negative feedback for a response displayed in the translation interface is now coloured in red, with a thumbs-down icon.

• Files with special characters or emojis in the filename do no longer fail when opening them from the UI.

• Files uploaded into a chat with the same filename will no longer be overwritten and treated as new uploads.

• Space Assistant exports have been fixed, allowing them to be properly imported into a new space.
