Create Spaces
Overview
This guide explains how to create a new "space" within our platform. A space is a dedicated and secure environment for your AI-powered use cases within your organization. By creating a space, you can build, configure, and deploy tailored use cases to your specific needs. The platform currently offers four distinct space types to start from: Unique AI Chat, Agentic Table, Translator and Unique Custom.
Unique AI Space: A powerful, AI-driven chat solution designed for secure, intelligent conversations — featuring advanced language model integration, interactive file uploads (images and documents), dynamic responses based on web search, and seamless access to private knowledge bases. More integrated tools coming soon.
Agentic Table: The Agentic Table is a spreadsheet-style interface, built to simplify repetitive tasks and extract multiple answers or KPIs from documents regularly. It also supports collaboration with features like sharing, task assignment, and verification statuses.
Translator: The Translator Space, currently in Beta, enables users to translate large text blocks and entire Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files through a simple side-by-side interface.
Custom Space: An advanced option for building highly specialized chat applications using custom components, unique configurations, and specific LLMs.
If certain features or sections of this article are inaccessible, your firm may lack access or hasn’t upgraded to the latest version. Note that not all space types are available to all organizations. Reach out to your Account Manager for more information.
Who is it for
This feature is designed for Administrators, Developers, and Product Managers who are responsible for creating AI solutions for their organizations.

Role Requirements: To create a new space, you must have the admin.space.write role. For more information about roles, click here: Understand Roles and Permissions
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Navigate to the Space Management
Click on the Space Management icon in the sidebar navigation.
Step 2: Select your preferred Space Type
Click on the tile with your preferred space type.
Step 3: Configure your Space

Tips & Tricks
| Start simple | If you are new to the platform, begin with the Unique AI Chat option to familiarize yourself with the core features before moving to a custom build. |
| Plan ahead | Before creating a Unique Custom space, map out the specific components, data flows, and configurations you will need. |
| Use naming conventions | If you plan to manage multiple spaces, adopt a clear naming convention (e.g., [ProjectName]-[Environment]-[Purpose]) to keep them organized. |
